Therefore, effective talent management is becoming an integral element of strategic human resource management aimed at attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining highly qualified employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern talent management approaches and assess their application in the Georgian hotel industry. A qualitative approach was used as the methodological basis for the study. Empirical data was obtained through twelve semi-structured in-depth interviews with executives and HR managers of hotel companies operating in Tbilisi and various regions of the country.
